Getting Started
To help get things off to a good start, I provide prospective clients with a free initial consultation at no obligation. This is essentially an opportunity to see if we are a good fit. It's a chance for you to determine if what I have to offer is right for you, and it's an opportunity for me to learn a little bit about you. This is intended to be a friendly, low-key information exchange. No need to worry about hype or sales pitches.
During this consultation, I'll listen carefully to you to learn about your business and to get a better understanding of your challenges and goals. Along the way, when appropriate, I'll suggest some ideas and strategies for you to consider. Also, if requested by you, I will provide you with a rough fee estimate for the services you're interested in. If the estimate is acceptable to you and if you would like to take the next step, I will then (following our meeting) prepare a project agreement and quote for you to sign off on.
